VACCINE CLINIC/ SAVE THE DATE

St. Joseph Parish will be having a vaccine clinic on Sunday, September 20, from 8:30 AM until 12:30 PM, inside the Courtyard C entrance.   These immunizations include Tetanus, Hepatitis A, Hepatitis B, Meningitis, Flu (including the over 65 high-dose vaccine), Pneumonia, RSV and Shingles.  If a patient is not sure what vaccines they are due for, their vaccine history with the State of Michigan may be pulled up, and recommendations are made from there.  The only thing needed from the patient is a prescription insurance card and a consent form, which we will be more than happy to help you fill out. This event is being overseen by Kroger pharmacy.  No appointment is necessary.
